Philadelphia’s Magic Garden’s are Isaiah Zagar’s largest South Street mosaic work, is an indoor/outdoor maze of mosaics inlaid with various pieces of poetry. One line reads, “I built this sanctuary to be inhabited by my ideas and my fantasies.”
