It was a place for her to be alone or to be with someone intimately. Bring wine or beer or champagne if you\u2019d like. Sometimes that liquid courage can shake out those pre-session jitters you may experience. We encourage you to step outside of your comfort zone but it is not something you are required to do. This, after all, is about you. That said, we do have a bell you get to ring if you do get fully naked!
